AAA TOP SHOP WINNER ANNOUNCED FOR WYOMING
Cheyenne, WY, (October 6, 2011) – AAA has announced the 2011 winners of the AAA Top Shop Awards. One AAA Approved Auto Body reapair facility was recently presented with its award.
Reno Collision Center in Cody, owned by Todd and Claire Reno, receive AAA Top Shop honors for doing an exemplary job in meeting the auto body service needs of customers. Todd and Claire were awarded with a special plaque for winning the Top Shop award.
AAA Approved Auto Repair and Auto Body (AAR and AAB) facilities from all over Montana, Alaska and Wyoming competed for this award. Reno Collision Center was one of only six facilities to earn this prestigious designation.
Reno Collision Center was named AAA Top Shop based on its consistent record of exceeding AAB requirements, number of certificates held by its technicians, level of participation in the AAB program and overall customer satisfaction.
All shops designated as AAB facilities must meet AAA’s stringent standards including passing a site inspection, having up to date equipment and certified technicians. Facilities must have a 90 percent customer satisfaction rating and a good reputation with local government and consumer agencies. Adequate insurance coverage and financial stability are also considered.
While all AAB shops do an outstanding job, the Top Shop award recognizes the best of the best. The employees at Reno Collision Center consistently deliver outstanding repair and customer service.
